| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨综合护理干预对原发性高血压患者治疗依从性和血压控制的影响。方法:对120例原发性高血压患者按入院先后分为观察组和对照组两组,各60例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上采用综合护理干预。观察两组患者对治疗的依从性及血压的控制。结果:观察组患者治疗依从性、血压控制良好,与对照组比较,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理干预能提高原发性高血压患者治疗依从性,使血压得到良好的控制,减少并发症的发生。 |
