环介导等温扩增技术及其在传染性疾病检测中的应用

摘    要:环介导等温扩增技术(Loop-mediated isothermal amplification method,LAMP)是近年来发展起来的新型恒温核酸扩增技术,与传统的聚合酶链反应(polymerase chain reaction,PCR)相比具有简便、快速、灵敏度高、特异性强等优点,已被广泛应用于传染性疾病的检测。本文就LAMP技术的原理、特点及其在常见传染性疾病检测中的应用进行综述。

Abstract:As a novel method of nucleic acid amplification developed in recent years, loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) is more convenient, rapider, more sensitive and specific than conventional polymerase chain reaction (PCR), and has been widely applie to the detection of infectious diseases. This paper summaried the principle, characteristic and applications of LAMP method in the detection of infectious diseases.
