外侧小切口治疗儿童肱骨髁上Gartland Ⅲ型骨折

目的探讨经外侧小切口入路治疗儿童肱骨髁上GartlandⅢ型骨折的疗效。方法手术治疗36例GartlandⅢ型儿童肱骨髁上骨折,采用外侧小切口入路显露,手指伸入骨折前方协助复位后交叉克氏针固定。结果 36例均获得到随访,时间6~24个月。骨折均愈合。参照Flynn标准评定肘关节功能:优30例,良4例,可2例,优良率为94.4%。结论经外侧小切口入路治疗儿童肱骨髁上GartlandⅢ型骨折创伤小,出血少,术后并发症少,疗效满意。

The treatment of Gartland type Ⅲ humeral supracondylar fractures in children through small lateral incision

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of small lateral incision in operative treatment of Gartland type Ⅲhumeral supracondylar fracture in children. Methods 36 patients with Gartland typeⅢhumeral supracondy-lar fracture were treated by operation. Crossing Kirschner wire fixation after assisting reduction ( the finger placing the front of fracture) was performed through small lateral incision. Results A total of 36 patients were followed up from 6 months to 2 years. All fracture were healed. The results were excellent in 30 cases, good in 4,and fair in 2; and the excellent and good rate was 94. 4% according to the Flynn standard. Conclusions The treatment of Gartland typeⅢhumeral supracondylar fracture in children through small lateral incision provides good results,which has min-imal trauma,little blood loss and few complication.
