听力宝APP与纯音听力计测听结果的比较

摘    要:目的评估应用自我测试听力的听力宝APP测听的准确性及可行性。方法43例(86耳)志愿者,年龄18~70岁,平均40.9±14.5岁,男22例,女21例,其中听力正常35耳,听力损失51耳。首先,每位受试者采用听力宝APP测试软件在噪声小于30 dB A的隔声室环境下自己进行0.125、0.25、0.5、1、2、4、8 kHz各频率的纯音听阈测试;然后,由听力师采用GSI-61纯音听力计在噪声小于30 dB A的隔声室中进行相同频率纯音听阈测试,计算两种测试方法各频率阈值的差值。结果所有受试耳由听力宝APP与纯音听力计在0.125、0.250、0.5、1、2、4、8 kHz各频率测得的纯音听阈之差分别为2.50±5.66、2.15±5.10、0.87±4.54、1.09±5.40、4.59±6.37、1.86±5.87、6.69±9.02 dB;其中听力正常耳各频率阈值之差分别为2.57±4.35、3.00±4.15、1.86±4.64、3.69±6.20、5.43±6.42、4.71±6.02、8.57±9.65 dB,听力损失耳各频率阈值之差分别为2.45±4.66、1.57±4.13、0.20±4.78、-0.69±4.45、4.02±6.89、-0.10±3.74、5.39±8.12 dB;分别对所有受试耳、听力正常耳、听力损失耳两种测试方法的阈值之差进行比较,差异均无统计学意义(均为P>0.05)。结论听力宝APP与纯音听力计在30 dB A以下的安静测试环境下的听力测试结果基本一致,听力宝APP用于听力筛查和自我检测是可行的。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the accuracy of the Tinglibao APP test by comparing the results of Tinglibao APP with a pure audiometer in a soundproof room.Methods A total of 43 volunteers(22 males and 21 females)with 86 ears(35 were normal hearing and 51 were hearing loss)were included in this study.The average age was 40.9±14.5 years old.Using Tinglibao APP test software every subject performed pure tone threshold tests of each frequency at 0.125,0.25,0.5,1,2,4,8 kHz in a soundproof room environment with noise less than 30 dB A.Then the audiologist used a GSI-61 pure tone audiometer to test the same frequency threshold in a soundproof room with a noise less than 30 dB A.The differences between each frequency threshold were compated.Results The difference between APP test results of all subjects and pure tone audiometers at the frequency thresholds of 0.125,0.250,0.5,1,2,4,8 kHz were 2.50±5.66,2.15±5.10,0.87±4.54,1.09±5.40,4.59±6.37,1.86±5.87,6.69±9.02 dB,respectively.Among them,the difference between the frequency thresholds of normal hearing ears were 2.57±4.35,3.00±4.15,1.86±4.64,3.69±6.20,5.43±6.42,4.71±6.02,8.57±9.65 dB,respectively.Hearing loss ear frequency thresholds were 2.45±4.66,1.57±4.13,0.20±4.78,-0.69±4.45,4.02±6.89,-0.10±3.74,5.39±8.12 dB,respectively.The differences between the thresholds of the two test instruments of all subjects,normal hearing ears and hearing loss ears were compared,and the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The results are basically the same under the same test environment as the traditional pure-tone audiometer.The Tinglibao APP provides a convenient test method for hearing screening and self-testing.
