摘    要:目的将标准化病人(Standdrdized patients,SP)和TBL相结合应用于推拿实训的教学与考核中,探索推拿实训教学新模式,提升推拿专业学生综合能力。方法将2015级中西医结合专业2个班120名学生作为研究对象,随机分为实验班和对照班,各60名。实验班应用SP结合TBL实训模式,对照班采用“理论讲授-示教-模仿式”传统实训方法。实训后,2个班进行综合考核,比较实训结果。结果实验班各项推拿技能得分与理论考试成绩均高于对照班(P<0.05)。实验班的人际沟通技能得分均比对照班高(P<0.05)。结论采用SP结合TBL实训模式,可使学习推拿的学生综合能力得到提升,帮助其更快适应角色,胜任临床工作。

Abstract:Objective To combine SP and TBL in the teaching and assessment of massage training,explore a new teaching mode of massage training,and improve the comprehensive ability of students majoring in massage.Methods Two classes of 2015 integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine were selected as the research objects.The experimental class and the control class each had 60 students.The experimental class adopts SP combined with TBL training mode,while the control class adopts the traditional training method of“theory teaching-teaching-imitation”.After the training,two classes of comprehensive assessment,comparison of training results.Results the scores of manipulation skill and theory test in the experimental class were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The experimental class scored higher in learning initiative and interpersonal communication skills than the control class.Conclusion The application of SP combined with TBL training mode can improve the comprehensive ability of students learning massage,help them adapt to the role faster and be qualified for clinical work.
