| 摘 要： | 寒痹又称痛痹,相当于现代医学中的风湿寒性关节炎、类风湿性关节炎、骨性关节炎等病偏于畏寒肢冷、遇寒痛甚、得温则减者.潘远根教授从事中医药文献、教学及临床研究40余年,对寒痹的中医论治有独到的见解.文章通过介绍潘老自拟温阳建中汤论治寒痹的临床验案,总结潘老中医论治寒痹的临床经验,为中医药论治寒痹提供新的诊疗思路.

| Abstract: | Arthralgia aggravated by cold,also known as pain bi,equivalent to modern medicine in the wind dampness and cold arthritis,rheumatoid arthritis,osteoarthritis and other diseases,especially in these diseases have a cold fear,limbs feel cold,when the cold pain increased,on the contrary to reduce the symptoms.Professor Pan Yuangen has been engaged in traditional Chinese medicine literature,teaching and clinical research for nearly 40 years.He has unique views on the Chinese medicine treatment of cold arthralgia.This paper introduces the clinical cases of Professor Pan’s use of self-made Wenyang Jianzhong decoction to treat cold arthralgia,summarizes Professor Pan’s clinical experience and provides a new idea for traditional Chinese medicine treatment of cold arthralgia. |
