Clinical Observation on Guipi Decoction in the Treatment of Insomnia with Anxiety and Depression

Objective To observe the effect of Guipi Decoction on patients with and without anxiety and anxiety and depression.Methods A total of 132 patients with insomnia combined with anxiety and depression who were treated between January 2018 and January 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each with 66 cases.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with western medicine.Based on the combined treatment of Guipi decoction,the treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results At 1 week,2 weeks,and 4 weeks after treatment,the PSQI scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the PSQI scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at each time period after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the SAS score and SDS score of the two groups were lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Adverse drug reactions were compared,and there were no serious adverse reactions in the two groups,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The use of Guipi decoction in patients with insomnia combined with anxiety and depression can significantly improve the sleep quality of patients,meanwhile,it can significantly improve the anxiety,depression and other adverse emotional states of patients.It is worthy of promotion and application.
