环形电刀切除术治疗宫颈病变的临床观察

目的探讨LEEP治疗和诊断宫颈病变的临床价值。方法对经妇科细胞学、阴道镜及活检初步诊断为各种宫颈病变的158例患者,采用LEEP治疗,切除全部宫颈移行区。切除组织全部送病理。观察手术时间、出血量、病人反应及术后修复情况。结果LEEP治疗成功率为96.1%(126/131)。平均手术时间为6.8分钟,出血量14.3m l。无继发感染发生。结论LEEP治疗宫颈病变操作简单、安全、成功率高,尤其适用于C IN。

Clinical Observation of Cervical Lesions Managed by LEEP

Objective To assess the value of LEEP for diagnosis and treatment in patients with cevical lesion.Methods 158 patients with cervical lesion were diagnosed after pappnicolaon smears,coposcopy and biopsy from January 1,2005 to September 30,2005 and hospitalized for LEEP.The transformation zone of the cervix was completely excised in every case.All specimens after LEEP were sent for pathological diagnosis.The time of the operation,the amount of bleeding,the complains of the patients as well as the close follow-up after treatment were all noted and recorded in detail.Results The rate of optimal operations was 96.1%(126/131).Treatment was completed in 6.8 minutes mean time.Average amount of bleeding was 14.3cc.No secondary infections were found.Conlusion LEEP is a simple and safe method for treatment and diagnosis of cervical lesion such as CIN,erosions,condyloma,etc.
