| 摘 要： | 本研究用多维健康效用研究成都市５２７名老年大学学员的健康状态，并对其影响因素作了单因素与多因素分析。结论为；大多数老年学员的健康水平较好；效用描述老年人健康是可行的；影响老年人健康的因素是多方面的，主要为家庭关系、慢性病、娱乐活动、性生活和重病史，且多数因素具有可逆性。

| Abstract: | In this stndy community university for the aged is described by multiattribute health-state utility, and It's affecting factors are studied by one way analysis and the stepwise regression analysis. The main flindings are as follow: the health level of the more old people is high. It is feasible to describle the health of old people by utility. Many factors are important for the health of old people ,but the principal factors are family relationship ,chronic diseases,recreation, sexual life,,serious disease history and most of them can be improved. |
