2004～2006年我院抗菌药物使用分析

目的：了解抗菌药物使用情况，评价其用药合理性，为抗菌药物的临床应用管理提供依据。方法：收集2004～2006年药品购入数据，采用Microsoft Excel进行统计和分析。结果：2004～2006年抗菌药物占全院药品销售总金额的比例平均为32％；口服、注射药用药频度之比为2：1；药物的日治疗费用逐年降低，不同种类药物有不同用药趋势。结论：我院抗菌药物用药结构基本合理，但部分种类抗菌药物应加强监管。

Utilization of Antibacterials in Our Hospital between 2004 and 2006

OBJECTIVE：To probe into the utilization condition of antibacterials and to evaluate its rationality so as to provide references for the clinical application and management of antibacterials. METHODS：The data about the purchase of antibacterials from 2004 to 2006 were subjected to statistical analysis using Microsoft Excel. RESULTS ： From 2004 to 2006, the antibacterials represented 32% of the total in terms of consumption sum, and the ratio of oral preparations to injectable preparations was 2 ： 1. The average daily cost of decreased year by year and the consumption tendency for different categories were different. CONCLUSION ： The utilization structure of antibacterials in our hospital is rational on the whole, but the use of some categories remains to be monitored in clinical use.
