过氧化物酶与动物衰老关系的研究

摘    要:
本文研究了不同月龄小白鼠体内过氧化物酶(POD) 活性的变化。结果表明,随着小鼠月龄增加,POD的活性明显降低(P<0.01)。提示过氧化物酶观察是动物衰老的客观指标之一。

Abstract:
Liver and heart the peroxidase (POD) activity of 2, 10, 16 mouth-old female JCL/LR mice were studied. The results revealed that the POD activity of liver and heart decrease with ageing.The POD activity of 10 month-old mice was less than 2 month-old (P<0.01); 16 month-old was much more less than 2 month-old mice (P<0.001).the POD activity increased when the preparation of polygonum multiflorum, thunh was fed to different age group of mice for 10-days.This indicates that POD can be regarded as one of the biochemical criteria of animal aging.
