| 摘 要： | 目的：建立测定水杨酸滴耳液含量的高效液相色谱法。方法：采用Hypersil ODS2色谱柱，甲醇-水（80：20）为流动相，检测波长为283nm。结果：水杨酸的线性范围为3．19ug／ml-31．9ug／ml（r=0．9998）；加样回收率分别为100．5％（P．SD=0．54％）（n=9）。结论：HPLC法可用于该制剂的含量测定和质量控制，方法简便、灵敏、结果准确。

| Abstract: | Objective：To establish a RP- HPLC method for determination of salicyhc acid in its lotion . Method：Chromatographic condition included Hypersil ODS column and mobile phase of a mixture of methanol - water （ 80 ： 20 ） , the detection wavelength was 283 nm.Results： The linear ranges of salicylic acid was 3.19ug/ ml-31.9ug/ml（ r = 0.9998 ） ; the average recoveriy was 100.5% （RSD =0.54%） （ n=9 ）. Conclusion：This method is simple, accurate, sensitive, and can be used for the quality control of the preparation. |
