| 摘 要： | 目的：评价自膨式金属内支架（SEMS）治疗恶性食管梗阻的疗效。方法：38例恶性食管狭窄患者在荧光屏监视下置入42枚支架,包括带膜支架和裸露支架,国产支架和进口支架。结果：42例支架均一次性置入成功,技术成功率100％。术后患者吞咽困难及生活质量明显改善,未发生严重的并发症。结论：自膨式金属内支架缓解食管梗阻简单、快速、安全、有效。 |

| Abstract: | Objectiv e:to ev aluate the effect of self-expanding metal stent (SEMS)in pa-tients with mali gnant esophageal obstruction.Methods:Forty-two domestic and imported stents were used in38cases of malignant esophageal obstruction under fluoroscopic g uidance,4cases with esophao-tracheal fistula included.Results:The overall s uccessful rate was100%.The dysphagia and life quality improved significant ly after stent placement and no severe complications occurred.Conclusion:The SEMS placement is a simple,quick,safe and efficient method in palliative t reatment of malignant esophageal obstruction. |
