Abstract: | A comparison of dimensions of the pelvis in healthy children (340) and children with developmental defects of the ano-rectal area (40) has shown all the dimensions to be altered in children with the congenital pathology which illustrates different degrees of underdevelopment of the anatomical structures of this field. The greatest deviation in the pelvis dimensions values was revealed in children of the older age group and appears to be an illustration of decreased trophic functions of the tissues. |
