| 摘 要： | 目的探讨护理干预对老年高血压患者的疗效及影响。方法对我院收治的150例高血压患者随机分为观察组和对照组，观察组接受药物治疗和运用系统护理程序进行治疗，内容包括心理指导、用药须知、运动疗法、饮食护理；对照组采用药物治疗和一般卫生宣教。结果两组患者的收缩压及舒张压比较，经统计学分析，均P〈0．05，差异具有统计学意义；两组患者疾病知识的知晓率、高血压控制率、不良饮食习惯改变率和心脏血管并发症的发生率比较，经统计学分析，均P〈0．01，差异具有统计学意义。结论护理干预能使老年高血压患者积极配合治疗，提高患者的防病治病意识，有效地控制血压，改善预后，减少并发症和减轻患者负担，有利于提高其生活质量。 |
