欧盟卫生信息化筹资模式研究

从卫生信息化内涵及对资金的需求出发，阐述了影响卫生信息化筹资的关键因素；比较分析了欧盟各国卫生信息化筹资来源和特点，包括风险投资、股票债券、商业贷款、公共财政、使用者付费和第三方支付等；最后总结了欧盟卫生信息化筹资模式对我国的启示，为完善我国卫生信息化筹资制度、推动我国卫生信息化发展提供借鉴。

Research on Capital Raising Mode of EU Health Information

Starting with the connotation of health information and demand of capital, it expatriates the key factors which influence the capital raising for health information; it compares and analyzes the capital raising source and feature of health information of EU, including risk investment, stock and bond, business loan, public finance, user charges, and the third party payment, etc.; finally, it summarizes the inspiration to China produced by capital raising mode of EU health information, which makes reference to perfect the capital raising system of our health information and to accelerate our health information development.
