手术前后呼吸功能锻炼对胸外科患者肺功能康复的影响

目的探讨手术前后呼吸功能锻炼对胸外科患者肺功能康复的影响。方法将140例胸外科患者随机分成对照组和实验组,每组70例。对照组于术前和术后均采用常规咳嗽训练,而实验组则采用腹式深呼吸、缩唇式呼吸及有效咳嗽训练等呼吸功能锻炼方法。分别对两组术前和术后肺功能变化情况进行比较,同时观察实验组手术前后肺功能改善情况。结果实验组在术前和术后肺功能各项指标均明显优于对照组,有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。而实验组术前和术后肺功能各项指标数值相近,部分指标接近正常值,无明显差异（P〉0.05）。结论手术前后呼吸功能锻炼可改善患者的肺功能,减少术后并发症的发生,促进患者早日康复。
