对86例老年精神病患者电话回访

目的研究电话回访对老年精神病患者出院后恢复状况的影响。方法根据患者出院前提供的联系方式，我科对89名出院患者进行了电话回访，对老年精神病患者的用药、疾病知识、康复知识等进行指导。结果电话回访患者及家属对医院满意度达到100％，遵医率达到71．91％。与对照组比较，观察组遵医率、服药依从率、返院治疗率差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01），说明电话回访效果显著。结论通过电话回访，不仅可以提高患者遵医率、提升医院形象、减少患者病情复发，还可以推动护理人员技能提升。

Effects Analysis of Call Visiting on the Aged Mental Patients
