| 摘 要： | 本文报道了使用示波极谱法测定成都地区290例正常人发砷含量的结果。结果表明,本研究采用的浓HNO_3和30%H_2O_2混合液消化和示波极谱法测定发砷含量,方法的回收率为80.5%～101.3%。变异系数CV=3.27%,操作简便,快速。根据测得结果经过换算,得出成都地区290例正常人发砷参考值95%上限值8-20岁的为205ug/100g;20-60岁为196ug/100g。性别间差异无显著性(P>0.05)。 |

| Abstract: | The measurement by wave-oscillopolarography of the hair arsenic (As) concentration of 290 healthy subjects in the Chengdu area is reported in this article. Results showed that the method was simple and rapid woder the processing conditions using a mixture strong HNO_3 and 30% H_2H_2. The coefficient of variation and recovery of the method were 3.27% and 80.5-101.3% respectively. With the data treated by the percentile method, the normal value of hair As for age of 8-20 and that for age of 20-60 were equal to or less than 205 ug/100g hair and 196ug/100g hair respectively (95% upper limit), with no significant sex difference(P>0.05). |
