邹城市克山病基本控制后病情动态观察

目的 :观察克山病基本控制后病情及发病相关因素的动态变化。方法 :对邹城市现存各型克山病人、3～ 1 4岁和 1 5岁以上的重点人群及可疑患者进行全面查体 ,并随机采集部分发样和粮食作硒含量测定。结果 :克山病病情处于稳定态势 ,未发现急型、亚急型克山病人 ,重点人群检测中 ,确诊潜在型克山病人 5 3例 ,慢型克山病人 1例。该区居民发硒明显升高 ,粮硒无大变化。结论 :克山病相关因素的不断改善与病情的稳定态势有着密切联系

Dynamic Observation on the State of KeShan diease after being essentially controlled in Zhou Cheng City

Objective To observe the state of KeShan disease after being essentially controlled and the change of the factor related.Metho ds We checked up the KeShan diease cases of different type existing,the suspected cases and the punctual population of 3～14 years and above 15 years,and their hair sample and the foodstuff sample were collected randomly for the measure of the content of Selenium,Results The result showed that the state of KeShan diease in this area was steady and no acute and subacute cases were found,in the punctual population,53 confirmed potential KeShan diease cases and a chronic KeShan diease cases were found.The content of Selenium in hair samples was apparently higher than before but no obvious difference was found in foodstuff sample.Conclusion It is concluded that the improvement of the factors related to KeShan diease has near relationship with the stabilization of the state of KeShan diease.
