| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨CT对小儿腹部肿块的诊断价值。方法：对54例施行CT检查并具有完整资料的小儿腹部肿块的病例进行回顾性分析。结果：54例患儿中，良性肿块31例（占57．4％），恶性肿块23例（占42．57％），实质性肿块25例（占46．19％），囊性肿块29例（占53．7％）。囊性肿块中先天性胆总管囊肿12例，先天性肾盂积水7例，先天性肾囊肿6例，囊性畸胎瘤2例，肠系膜囊肿1例，腹腔脓肿1例。实质性肿块中神经母细胞瘤6例，肾母细胞瘤11例，淋巴瘤5例，肝母细胞瘤1例，畸胎瘤2例。本组CT检查结果术前定位诊断正确率96．2％（52／54），定性诊断正确率62．96％（34／54）。同时对各种疾病进行了鉴别诊断。结论：cT检查是儿童腹部肿块最有诊断价值的检查方法之一，可为术前定位、定性诊断、鉴别诊断、决定能否完整切除和估计预后提供重要依据，是儿童腹部肿块病变的必查项目之一。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate CT value in the diagnosis for abdominal masses in children.Methods:CT findings of 54 children cases with abdominal masses were retrospectively analyzed.
