草苁蓉苷A-E的分离与结构鉴定

摘    要:
目的:对草苁蓉的化学成分进行研究,为进一步开发利用该植物资源提供依据。方法:采用正相硅胶、反相ODS、Sephadex LH-20等柱色谱及高效液相色谱法等手段进行分离纯化,并通过理化性质与光谱分析鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从草苁蓉的75%乙醇溶液提取物中分离鉴定了5个单体成分,分别为草苁蓉苷A(rossicaside A,1)、B(rossicaside B,2)、C(rossicaside C,3)、D(rossicaside D,4)以及E(rossicaside E,5)。结论:首次对化合物3和4的1H-NMR谱数据进行了全归属,并通过2D-NMR谱对文献中报道的部分13C-NMR数据进行了更正。同时,首次报道了化合物5在氘代吡啶中的1H-NMR和13C-NMR数据。

Isolation and Identification of Rossicasides A-E from Boschniakia Rossica Fedtsch et Flerov

Abstract:
Objective: To study the chemical constituents from Bosehniakia rossiea Fedtsch et Flerov. Methods : The compomMs were isolated by chromatographies such as silica gel, ODSi Sephadex LH-20 and HPLC, and identified by lhe chemical and physical methods, especially spectral hnalysis. Results: Five constituents were isolated.The structures of them were identified as rossicasides A ( 1 ) B!( 2 ) C ( 3 ) D ( 4 ) and E ( 5 ) .Conclusions : The IH-NMR data of compounds 3 and 4 were all assigned fo# the first time, and 13 the "C-NMR data of 3 and 4 were partly corrected by 2D-NMR.Meanwhile, the speetralldata in Pyridne-d5 of 5 was reported firstly.
