161例婴儿肝炎综合征症状与舌象指纹聚类分析

目的：探讨婴儿肝炎综合征的中医证候特点，确定其主要证候和次要证候，以指导临床治疗。方法：观察161例婴儿肝炎综合征患者的临床症状表现，并进行聚类分析。结果：得出3类证候特点：第一类，巩膜黄染重度，黄疸程度重，皮肤黄染晦暗，发热重，精神萎靡重，腹胀重，腹胀轻，呕吐重，大便颜色灰白，尿少色黄重，腹壁静脉曲张轻，腹壁静脉曲张重，肝大重，肝质地韧，肝质地硬，舌质紫黯，指纹紫；第二类，巩膜黄染中度，黄疸程度中．面色无华重，食欲不振重，食欲不振轻，呕吐轻，尿少色黄轻，便溏重，便溏轻，舌苔黄，舌质红；第三类，巩膜黄染轻度。黄疸程度轻，皮肤黄染鲜明，发热轻，精神萎靡轻，面色无华轻，肝大轻，肝质地软，大便颜色灰白。大便颜色黄，舌质淡．舌苔薄白，指纹淡。结论：婴儿肝炎综合征主要分为湿热郁蒸、寒湿阻滞、气滞血瘀3个证型，病因主要为湿邪，其病理关键是湿阻中焦，气机阻滞，升降失司。

Cluster Analysis on 161 Cases with Infant Hepatitis Syndrome and Tongue Fingerprint

Method： Observation of 161 cases with infant hepatitis syndrome in patients with clinical symptoms, and clustering analysis were carried on. Results ： The 3 types of syndrome characteristics ： first, severe selera jaundice, dark yellow skin, fever, abdominal distention, vomiting, gray stool, yellow and less urine, light abdominal varicose vein, enlarged and heavy liver, chewy or hard liver texture, dark purple tongue, purple fingerprint ; second, moderate selera jaundice, anorexia, loss of appetite, vomiting, oliguria, yellow tongue coat, red tongue; third, mild sclera jaundice, bright yellow skin, light fever, spirit is dispirited light, soft liver texture, gray stool, pale tongue, thin white fur, light fingerprint. Conclusion： Infant hepatitis syndrome is mainly divided into damp-heat accumulation, cold-damp obstruction, Qi stagnation and blood stasis, and the major cause is dampness, the key is damp obstructing middle Jiao which can lead to Qi stagnation and result in disorder qi Qi movement.
