| 摘 要： | 近年来有许多国内外学者将针刺太冲穴作为治疗高血压的有效手段,并进行了大量的研究探索。该文总结近年来的相关文献,通过针刺太冲穴引起内皮素、血清NO含量、肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统、胰岛素抵抗等的改变,论述其对内分泌系统的调节;通过交感神经兴奋性的改变和神经肽的作用,论述针刺太冲穴对神经系统的调节;并介绍了针刺太冲穴对细胞信号转导途径的影响,从而起到降压作用。在此基础上,对针刺太冲穴治疗高血压的机制研究,进行小结和展望。

| Abstract: | Nowadays many domestic and foreign scholars take needling Taichong as an effective mean to treat hypertension, and there are a lot of researches and explorations have been done.This paper summarizes the related literatures in recent years, discusses the regulation of the endocrine system by the changes of endothelin and the serum concentration of NO, renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system, insulin resistance and so on; discusses the regulation of the nervous system by means of researching the changes in sympathetic activity and the effect of the neuropeptide; introducts the antihypertensive effect by affecting the cellular signal transduction.On this basis, the review summarizes and prospects the mechanism study of needling Taichong to treat hypertension. |
