化痰法治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期研究进展

研究已证实痰邪与急性加重期慢性阻塞性肺病（AECOPD）关系密切。从清热化痰、温化寒饮、燥湿化痰、调气化痰、补益祛痰、祛瘀化痰、通腑化痰等方面阐述了化痰法的临床运用,并从改善气道黏液高分泌、调节氧化抗氧化系统平衡、调节免疫、降低肺动脉压及血流动力学等方面深入探讨化痰法的作用机制,从而为化痰法治疗急性加重期COPD提供科学依据。

Research Progress of AECOPD Treated by Resolving Phlegm

It has been proved that there was a close relation between phlegm and AECOPD. This article illustrates the clinical application of resolving phlegm from the aspects of clearing heat and eliminating phlegm, warming for resolving cold fluid, drying dampness and dispersing phlegm, regulating qi and reducing phlegm, invigorating and eliminating phlegm, removing blood stasis and dissipating phlegm, and dredging Fu organs and dispersing phlegm.Then it deeply discusses mechanisms of resolving phlegm in improving airway mucus hypersecretion, regulating the balance between oxidation and antioxidation, regulating immune, reducing the pulmonary arterial pressure and hemodynamics, and so on, providing the scientific basis for resolving phlegm therapy for treating AECOPD.
