| 摘 要： | 慢性乙型病毒性肝炎作为一种临床常见的慢性传染病,严重的影响着患者的身心健康,现代研究表明,慢乙肝患者均存在着不同程度上的心理问题。随着＂生物-心理-社会＂医学模式的提出,人们逐渐开始重视心理和社会因素对疾病的发生发展的影响。通过对慢乙肝患者及其家属的＂话疗＂,可以改善患者的心理状态,提高患者的依从性,从而达到更好的治疗效果。

| Abstract: | Chronic hepatitis B, as a clinical common chronic disease, severely impacts the patients＇ physical and mental health. Modern research shows that patients with chronic hepatitis B have different degrees of psychological problems. With the biological - psychological - social medical model proposed, people gradually begin to attach importance to the psychological and social factors on disease development. The communicate treatment on patients with chronic hepatitis B and their families can improve the patients＇ mental state and compliance, making a better therapeutic effect. |
