摘    要:目的:分离鉴定羌活NotopterygiumRoot中的化学成分。方法:运用各种色谱法和重结晶方法进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果:从羌活中分离得到11个化合物,分别鉴定为(±)apterin(1)、异虎耳草素(2)、阿魏酸(3)、珊瑚菜内酯(4)、虎耳草素(5)、6一甲氧基当归素(6)、佛手柑内酯(7)、异佛手柑内酯(8)、富马酸(9)、异补骨脂索(10)和(±)vaginidiol(11)。结论:分离出的化合物大部分为苯丙素类,其中(±)apterin(1)、富马酸(9)、异补骨脂素(10)和(±)vaginidiol(11)为首次从该种植物中分离得到。

Abstract:Objective : To investigate the chemical constituents from Notopterygium root. Methods :The compounds were isolated by chromatography and recrystallisation, and their structures were identified on the basis of physicochemical characteristics and spectroscopic analyses. Results : Eleven compounds were isolated and identified as ( ± ) apterin ( 1 ), isopimpinellin ( 2 ), ferulic acid ( 3 ), phellopterin ( 4 ), pimpinellin ( 5 ), sphondin ( 6 ), bergapten ( 7 ), isobergapten ( 8 ), fumaric acid ( 9 ), isopsoralen ( 10 ) and ( ± ) vaginidiol ( 11 ) .Conclusion : Most of the chemical compositions of Notopterygium root phenylpropanoids, and ( ±) apterin ( 1 ), fumaric acid ( 9 ), isopsoralen ( 10 ) and ( ± ) vaginidiol ( 11 ) are obtained from the plant of Notopterygium root for the first time.
