| 摘 要： | 通过检索近年医学期刊,对所获文献进行分析。以针刺调节免疫的机理出发,介绍了针刺治疗免疫性复发性流产的科学性、有效性。结论表明在中医学理论中,针刺可补肾健脾,调理冲任;在西医学理论中,针刺对免疫功能具有双向调节作用,可调节细胞免疫、体液免疫。因此针刺在治疗复发性流产中有独特优势,可达到良好治疗效果,为临床上治疗复发性流产提供了新的思路。 |

| Abstract: | By retrieving and analyzing medical journals in recent years,the scientificity and validity on acupuncture treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion were introduced in the paper by demonstrating the regulation of the immune mechanism.Conclusions showed that in the theory of Chinese medicine,acupuncture can adjust Chong and Ren;in the modern medical theory,acupuncture can regulate cellular immunity and humoral immunity.Unique advantage of acupuncture in the treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion can achieve favorable therapeutic effect for the clinical treatment and provide a new way of thinking for the clinical treatment of recurrent abortion. |
