心理护理在脑卒中患者康复治疗中的作用

目的：探讨脑卒中康复患者的心理状态对病情的影响，总结有效的心理护理和健康指导方法。方法：我院对150例老年脑卒中康复患者展开心理状态调查，并对调查结果展开分析。根据患者具体心理状态提出针对性的心理护理和健康指导。结果：通过护理干预，患者的心理状态有了显着改善，健康生活方式和正确的用药方式也得到加强，从而对病情达到了良好的控制和改善效果。其中病情改善显著107例，有效37例，无效6例，总有效率达96．0％。结论：准确的心理状态分析和针对性的护理干预，对患者改善和控制病情的作用十分显着，值得临床上推广应用。

Psychological Care in Rehabilitation of Stroke Patients

Objective：To explore the impact of the psychological state of patients with depression after stroke on the disease, and to summarize effective psychological care and health guidance. Methods： 150 elderly patients with post-stroke depression patients were investigated in the hospital. According to specific psychological status of patients, the targeted psychological care and health guidance were proposed. Results ： By nursing intervention, the patients＇ mental state had been significantly improved, healthy lifestyle and proper medication had also been strengthened, so as to achieve good control of the disease and improve the. effect. Patients were significantly improved in 107 cases, effective in 37 cases, invalid in 6 cases, the total effective rate was 96.0%. Conclusion ： Accurate psychological state analysis and targeted nursing intervention is very significant of symtom improvement and control of disease, and it is worthy of clinical application.
