雷火灸结合康复手法治疗肩手综合征临床观察

目的：观察雷火灸结合康复手法治疗肩手综合征的疗效。方法：对104例中风后肩手综合征患者,随机分为治疗组52例,对照组52例,两组均行常规康复治疗,治疗组还给予雷火灸治疗,每日1次,每周连续治疗5 d休息2d,10次为1个疗程,治疗3个疗程。结果：治疗组患者肩痛、关节活动度、水肿等与治疗前比较有明显改善,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：雷火灸结合康复手法治疗脑卒中后肩手综合征疗效显著,值得临床应用。

Clinical Observation of Thunder-Fire Moxibustion Combined with Rehabilitation in Treatment of Shoulder-Hand Syndrome

Objective：To observe the curative effect of thunder-fire moxibustion therapy combined with rehabilitation on shoulder-hand syndrome.Methods：104 cases of shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke,were randomly divided into treatment group（52 cases）and control group（52 cases）.Two groups were performed routine rehabilitation therapy.The treatment group was also given the thunder-fire moxibustion treatment once a day,continuously for 5 days a week and rested two days.10 times was for a period of treatment.There were three courses of treatment.Results：Treatment group patients＇ shoulder pain,edema,joint mobility had been obviously improved,and compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Thunder-fire moxibustion combined with rehabilitation techniques for shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke has obvious therapeutic effect,and it is worthy of clinical application.
