当归芍药散联合康复训练治疗脑梗死临床观察

摘    要:目的:观察当归芍药散联合康复训练对脑梗死患者的临床疗效。方法:纳入符合诊断标准的60例患者,随机分为治疗组30例和对照组30例,治疗组采用当归芍药散结合康复训练,对照组采用单纯康复训练。两组分别在治疗前和治疗后4周后根据"临床神经功能缺损程度评分"评定疗效,使用Fugl-Meyer运动量表(FMA)评价运动功能,使用改良Barthel(MBI)评分评价日常生活能力(ADL)。结果:治疗4周后治疗组治疗有效率优于对照组(P〈0.05),两组患者肢体运动能力及日常生活能力均有明显提高(P〈0.05或0.01),治疗组较对照组更明显(均P〈0.05)。结论:当归芍药散联合康复训练较单纯康复训练对脑梗死患者的疗效更佳。

Abstract:Objective : To observe the clinical effect of Danggui Shaoyao Powder combined with rehabilitation techniques on patients with cerebral infarction. Methods : 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group ( treated by Danggui Shaoyao Powder with rehabilitation techniques ) and control group ( treated by rehabilitation techniques ). The indicators of clinical neurological impairment score, FMA and MBI with patients before and after 4 weeks treatment were compared. Every group included 30 cases. Results : The effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group 4 weeks after treatment ( P〈O.05 ), the limb movement ability and ability of daily living of two groups patients were improved significantly ( P〈0.01 or P〈O.05 ), the treatment group was superior to the control group significantly ( P〈O.05 ) . Conclusion : Danggui Shaoyao Powder combined with rehabilitation training is better than simple rehabilitation training on cerebral infarction.
