针刺宁神穴配合耳穴治疗肝郁化火型失眠临床体会

目的：观察针刺宁神穴配合耳穴治疗肝郁化火型失眠的临床疗效。方法：对60例肝郁化火型失眠患者采用分组对照方法治疗。治疗组30例予宁神穴、于氏头穴丛刺分区额区、风池、神门、内关、足三里、三阴交、太冲、公孙、涌泉、心俞、肝俞。耳穴：神门、交感、内分泌、皮质下、肝区。对照组予舒乐安定片治疗。结果：2组患者睡眠时间均比治疗前延长（P〈0.01）,治疗组远期疗效优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：针刺宁神穴配合耳穴对于肝郁化火型失眠患者的各项临床症状有明显疗效。

Clinical Experience of Needling Ningshen Point and Ear Acupoint to Treat Insomnia due to Pathogenic Fire Derived form Stagnation of Liver-Qi

Objective ： To observe the clinical curative effect of needling Ningshen point and ear acupoint to treat insomnia that roots in pathogenic fire derived form stagnation of liver-Qi. Methods： 60 eases of patients with insomnia that roots in pathogenic fire derived form stagnation of liver-Qi adopted grouping and comparison method in the treatment of insomnia.The treatment group of 30 eases was treated with Ningshen point, Yu＇s head acupuncture partition frontal area, Fengchi, Shenmen, Neiguan, Zusanli, Taiehong, Sanyinjiao, Yongquan, Gongsun, heart Shu, liver Shu.Ear： God door, sympathetic, endocrine, subcortical, liver area.The control group was treated with estazolam tablets in the treatment. Results ： The sleep time of 2 groups patients prohmged before treatment （ P〈0.01 ） .The curative effect of treatment group was better than that of control group （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion ： Ningshen point and ear acupoint have a significant effect on the clinical symptoms of patients with insomnia that roots in pathogenic fire derived form stagnation of liver-Qi.
