中药配合肿瘤放射治疗及增敏的现状与发展

在恶性肿瘤的治疗中放射治疗是主要治疗手段之一,在治疗过程中往往出现放射剂量太大,肿瘤周围正常组织受放射线影响早期和晚期反应较大的特点。中药配合放疗,可以明显改善放疗早期反应以及晚期反应的发生率,而且某些部位的肿瘤对放疗耐受性强,使用放射增敏剂增强射线对肿瘤的杀伤能力,提高放疗的有效率,就尤为重要了。对放疗增敏机制的研究,有助于正确指导中药同步放疗,提高放疗效果,为筛选更有效的放疗增敏剂提供理论方向。

Situation and Development of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Radiation Oncology and Radiosensitization

Radiation therapy is one of the main treatments of malignant tumors.The radiation dose is often too large in the course of treatment and normal tissues around the tumor have lager reaction in the early and later stage affected by radiation.Traditional Chinese medicine combined with radiation therapy can significantly reduce incidence rate of the reaction in early and later stage, and it seems particularly important that using the radiation sensitizer will enhance the tumor-killing ability and improve radiation efficiency for some parts of the tumor with strong tolerance to radiation.The study of the mechanism of radiosensitization will contribute to the right direction in the guidance of the TCM synchronism therapy, improving radiation effect and providing a theoretical direction for the screening of more effective radiation sensitizer.
