生脉注射液联合二磷酸果糖治疗病毒性心肌炎临床观察

目的临床观察生脉注射液联合二磷酸果糖治疗病毒性心肌炎（VMC）的疗效及不良反应。方法随机将住院患儿中诊断为VMC的55例分成观察组和对照组，其中观察组28例，对照组27例；对照组给予二磷酸果糖等常规基础治疗，观察组在常规治疗基础上按疗程加用生脉注射液治疗，疗程结束后比较两组治疗结果。结果两组患儿临床症状、血清心肌酶、心电图等比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05）；观察组未发现不良反应，综合疗效明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论生脉注射液联合二磷酸果糖治疗VMC疗效确切，无明显不良反应。

Clinical observation of Shengmai injection combined with fructose diphosphate in treating viral myocarditis

Objective To investigate the clinical effect and side-effect of Sheng mai injection combined with fructose diphosphate in treating viral myocarditis （VMC）. Methods Totally 55 patients,who were diagnosed as VMC, were randomized into two groups：the observation group （n=28） and the control group （n=27）. The control group received routine basic treatment of fructose diphosphate and so on ,while the observation group was added with Shengmai injection according to the clinical course on the basis of routine basic treatment, and the clinical results after course of treatment in the two groups were compared. Results The comparison of clinical symptoms, serum myocardial enzymes, electrocardiogram and so on between the two groups was of sta- tistically significant difference （P〈0.05）;no adverse reactions occurred in the observation group, the comprehensive efficacy in which was obviously superior to that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Shengmai injection combined with fructose diphosphate for the VMC has accurate efficacy without obvious adverse reactions.
