| 摘 要： | 目的探讨慢性脑供血不足（CCCI）患者经颅多谱勒超声（TCD）检查的特点,评价TCD在CCCI诊断中的应用价值。方法对CCCI患者行TCD检查,并与正常人的TCD结果对照比较。结果 TCD异常患者218例,占81.95%,合并脑血管狭窄61例,占27.98%,主要表现为血流速度异常、频谱异常、搏动指数（PI）及阻力指数（RI）值增高。结论 CCCI患者大多数TCD异常;TCD检查对CCCI的诊断、疗效观察及脑梗死的预防有重要意义。
