| 摘 要： | 为探讨成人型多囊肾的治疗方法，采用开放性囊肿去顶减压术治疗成人型多囊肾84例，结果获得随访61例，随访时间3～16年，其中症状改善43例，血压稳定59例，血清尿素氮和肌酐均保持正常，囊肿均有不同程度的缩小。认为囊肿去顶减压术对改善患者的临床症状、稳定血压和肾功能、减轻对健存肾单位的压迫均有较好的效果。手术可延长多囊肾患者的自然病程。

| Abstract: | 84 cases of adult polycystic kidney have been treated with open cyst unroofing decompression. The patients have been followed-up for 3 to 16 years. The results showed that the operation was helpful to improve clinic symptom,stabilize blood pressure and renal function,and reduce compression to the residual renal units. Indications and results of the operation were discussed. |
