农村家庭儿童保健模式的探讨

采用填表调查、入户指导和生长监测的形式对北京郊区顺义县４０例足月顺产儿的喂养、体重增长及患病情况进行追踪观察，９０％的小儿监测至１２月龄。结果表明，实验组小儿平均体重增长趋势优于对照组，同时该组婴儿期常见病发（患）病率低于对照组。研究结果提示，采用村医生定期入户指导家庭儿童保健将有助于提高儿童体质水平，而孕期儿保宣教工作亟需加强。

Study on Model of Child Health Care in Rural Area

A following observation was made for 40 infants(male 20 and female 20)of Shunyi county in Beijing,The 40 infants were all good in prenatal period and producted normally.The content of observation included survey,supervising at home and growth monitoring from birthday to 12 months,The results showed that the trend of mean weight increase in experimented group was better than control group.And the rates of common diseases occurrence,such as respiratory infection and diarrhea,were lower in experimented group than control group.This study indicated that family child care would enhance the level of infant′s growth by village medical woker periodically.Meanwhile,knowledge of child care and more public education should be provided for pregnant women.
