| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨提高分泌性中耳炎(S0M)疗效水平的方法。方法：221例(307耳)SOM均行双孔式鼓膜穿刺及中耳负压吸引。对病因给予相应的有效治疗。结果：307耳术后随访1年，219耳痊愈(占71．3％)，76耳好转(占24．8％)。结论：认为对SOM及时行双孔式鼓膜穿刺加中耳负压吸引等综合治疗，可以获得显效果。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore better therapy to improve the therapeutic effect for secretory Otitis media(SOM).Methods:221 cases(307 ears)with SOM were treated with tympanocentesis and aspiration vacuum given to tympanic cavity.The efficacious treatment was given according to the causes.Results:All these cases after the end of treatment were followed up for a year.Among them,219 ears were cured(71.3%),76 ears got better(24.8%).Conclusion:SOM can be cured only if treated in time with combining therapy including double-holed tympanocentesis and aspiration vacuum given to tympanic cavity and so on. |
