Abstract:
Objective:To explore the material basis and mechanism of Cordyceps sinensis in preventing acute at?tack of chronic bronchitis(AECB).Methods:The effective components and target prediction of Cordyceps sinen?sis were screened through literature retrieval and TCMSP,Pub-Chem and SwissTargetPrediction online databases.AECB related disease targets were obtained from GENECARD database.The drug targets and disease targets were intersected to screen the common targets.String and Cytoscape 3.7.1 software were used to construct protein inter?action network and screen key targets,DAVIDE software was used to analyze GO biological function enrichment and KEGG pathway enrichment,and R version 3.6.2 software was used to draw bubble diagram.Results:A total of 7 active ingredients,234 potential drug targets and 697 AECB disease targets were screened in this study.After the intersection,61 core targets were obtained.The key targets TP53,TNF,MAPK1,EGFR,MAPK8,MAPK14,PTGS2,SRC,AR and NR3C1 were mostly related to immune regulation,cancer regulation and inflammatory re?sponse.A total of 147 related items were obtained by go enrichment analysis,mainly involving biological processes such as inflammatory response,immune regulation,signal transduction and apoptosis;KEGG enrichment analysis screened 83 pathways,mainly including immune regulation related pathways,infection related pathways,inflamma?tion related pathways,cancer related pathways,etc.Conclusion:This study found that Cordyceps sinensis can play a role in the prevention and control of AECB by regulating body immunity and creating a living environment unfa?vorable to pathogenic microorganisms,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the prevention and control of AECB by Cordyceps sinensis.
