医院-社区-家庭合作型延续护理对慢性结核性脓胸手术患者护理效果观察

目的 探讨医院-社区-家庭合作型延续护理对慢性结核性脓胸手术患者自护能力及满意度的影响。方法 回顾性收集2017年8月—2019年5月于某医院接受慢性结核性脓胸手术治疗的患者80例,选择符合研究要求的术后带胸管出院患者80例作为研究对象,根据盲抽法将其分为两组,各40例。对照组行常规护理,观察组采用医院-社区-家庭合作型延续护理,比较两组自护能力、护理满意度。结果 护理后,观察组自护技能、自我责任感、自我概念、健康知识水平评分分别是:(43.46±6.79)、(28.51±3.17)、(26.94±3.71)、(39.24±5.71),高于对照组的(34.42±5.78)、(25.02±4.58)、(23.93±3.68)、(32.28±5.46),观察组患者总满意度为92.50%,高于对照组75.00%,差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。结论 采用医院-社区-家庭合作型延续护理可提高慢性结核性脓胸手术患者自护能力,提升护理满意度。

Effect of hospital-community-family cooperative continuous nursing on self-care ability and satisfaction of patients undergoing chronic tuberculosis empyema surgery

Objective To investigate the effect of hospital-community-family cooperative continuous nursing on self-care ability and satisfaction of patients undergoing chronic tuberculous empyema surgery. Methods Among 569 patients with chronic tuberculous empyema treated in a hospital from august 2017 to May 2019, 80 patients discharged with chest tube who were met of the requirements of the study, were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into a control group and a trial group according to the blind extraction method, with 40 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were given the routine nursing, and the patients in the trial group received the hospital-community-family cooperative continuous nursing, and the self-care ability and nursing satisfaction of two groups were investigated and compared. Results After the nursing, the scores of the self-care skill, self-responsibility, self-concept, and health acknowledge level in the trial group were (43.46±6.79) points, (28.51±3.17) points, (26.94±3.71) points, and (39.24±5.71) points respectively, which were higher than those in the control group , and the total nursing satisfaction in the trial group was 92.50%, which was higher than that in the control group (75.00%), and all the differences were statistically significant (all P<0.05). Conclusion The hospital-community-family cooperative continuous nursing can improve the self-care ability of the patients with chronic tuberculous empyema surgery, and the nursing satisfaction.
