应用德尔菲法评估营养支持药学监护模式的指标体系

目的:应用德尔菲法评估营养支持疗法的药学监护模式指标。方法:通过查阅国内外文献,结合该专业临床药师工作实践,初步形成营养支持疗法药学监护模式。采用德尔菲法的专家函询方式进行研究,从而完善该模式的指标体系。结果:两轮专家函询积极系数分别为65%和100%;权威程度分别为0.731和0.789;肯德尔协调系数分别是0.279和0.198。最终形成5个一级指标,12个二级指标,38个三级指标的营养支持疗法药学监护模式。结论:评估后的营养支持疗法药学监护模式设计指标科学、合理,有效地为临床营养药师开展规范化实践工作提供了依据。

Application of the Delphi method in developing the index system of nutritional support pharmaceutical care

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the pharmaceutical care model index of nutritional support therapy by Delphi method.METHODS The pharmaceutical care mode of nutritional support therapy was preliminarily formed by referring to the domestic and foreign literatures and combining with the work practice of clinical pharmacists in this specialty.This paper studies the method of expert correspondence inquiry by Delphi method,so as to improve the index system of this model.RESULTS The questionnaire response rate was 65% in the first round and 100% in the second round.The coefficient of expert authority in the two rounds of correspondence consultation was0.731 and 0.789,respectively.The Kendall coordination coefficient of expert opinions was 0.369 and 0.372,respectively.Finally the pharmaceutical care model of nutrition support therapy was formed,including 5 first grade indexes,12 second grade indexes and 38 third grade indexes.CONCLUSIONS The nutritional support therapy pharmaceutical care model design indicators are scientific and reasonable,and effectively provide a basis for clinical nutrition pharmacists to carry out standardized practice.
