徐州市2842名大学生新型冠状病毒肺炎防控的知信行现状及其影响因素分析

目的了解疫情期间徐州市部分大学生对新型冠状病毒肺炎(corona virus disease 2019,COVID-19)防控的认知、态度、行为(简称知信行,KAP)现况,并分析其影响因素,为高校有效开展大学生疫情防控健康教育提供参考依据。方法采用方便抽样,对徐州市四所高校大学生进行线上问卷调查。采用单因素分析及二分类logistic回归分析明确大学生对COVID-19的知信行状况及影响因素。结果参与调查的2 842名大学生新冠肺炎知识总体知晓率为71.85%,高认知占比为70.8%,87.7%的大学生呈积极态度,97.2%在疫情期间采取良好防护行为。分析结果显示不同性别、年级、专业以及对疫情的关注程度是徐州市大学生对COVID-19认知的影响因素(P<0.05);不同年级、专业、疫情期间居住地、以往是否关注过传染病防控、所在学校是否开展过传染病防治的宣传、疫情期间健康情况、对疫情的关注程度、认知情况是徐州市大学生对COVID-19态度的影响因素(P<0.05),不同年级、有无亲属从事医学相关工作、以往是否关注过传染病防控、所在学校是否开展过传染病防治的宣传、疫情期间健康情况、对疫情的关注程度、认知情况、态度情况是徐州市大学生对COVID-19预防行为的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论 2 842名大学生在COVID-19的认知水平、态度和行为方面存在差异,高校应当采取多策略的健康教育方式,时刻关注学生心理健康,并促进学生健康行为养成,不断提高学生健康素养,促进健康中国建设。

Current status of knowledge,attitude and practice (KAP) of corona virus disease 2019 (COVID-19) prevention and control and influencing factors among 2842 students in Xuzhou City

Objective To understand the current situation of knowledge, attitude and practice (KAP) about the prevention and control of corona virus disease 2019 (COVID-19) and influencing factors during the epidemic period among college students in four universities, so as to provide the reference for effectively carrying out epidemic prevention and health education for college students in universities. Methods By using the convenient sampling method, the students in the four universities above mentioned were selected and surveyed with online questionnaires about the KAP of the prevention and control of COVID-19. The single factor analysis and binary logistic regression analysis were used to determine the status and influencing factors. Results Among 2 842 college students who participated in the survey, the overall awareness rate of COVID-19 prevention and control knowledge was 71.85%, and the proportion of high awareness was 70.8%. Totally 87.7% of college students showed a positive attitude, and 97.2% took good protective behaviors during the epidemic. Gender, grade, major and the degree of attention to the epidemic were the influential factors for the cognition of COVID-19 among college students. Different grades, majors, residence during the epidemic, whether they had paid attention to the prevention and control of infectious diseases in the past, whether the school had carried out the publicity of the prevention and control of infectious diseases, health status during the epidemic, the degree of attention to the epidemic, and the cognition of the epidemic were the influencing factors for the attitude of college students to COVID-19. Different grades, whether their relatives were engaged in medicalrelated work, whether they had paid attention to the prevention and control of infectious diseases in the past, whether the school had carried out the publicity of the prevention and control of infectious diseases, health status during the epidemic period, the degree of attention to the epidemic, the cognition, and the attitude were the influencing factors of the COVID-19 prevention behaviors of college students. Conclusion 2 842 college students in Xuzhou City have different cognitive levels, attitudes and behaviors towards COVID-19. These four universities should adopt the multi strategy health education mode, pay attention to college students' mental health, promote college students' healthy behavior, improve college students' health literacy, and promote the construction of Healthy China.
