前列地尔联合丹芪汤治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效

目的 探讨糖尿病肾病(ND)采用前列地尔联合丹芪汤治疗的临床疗效。方法 选取2018年2月—2020年8月于本院就诊的92例ND患者,采用随机数字表法分为两组,每组各46例。对照组采用前列地尔治疗,观察组采用前列地尔+丹芪汤治疗,连续治疗10 d。对比两组临床疗效、血糖水平、肾功能以及不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组临床总有效率(95.65%)高于对照组(80.43%)(χ2=5.060,P=0.025);治疗后FBG(5.69±1.02)mmol/L、2hPG(8.21±1.27)mmol/L、24 h尿蛋白(1.67±0.80)g、Scr(202.38±4.60)μmol/L,低于对照组的(7.25±1.13)mmol/L(t=6.950,P＜0.001)、(9.96±1.45)mmol/L(t=6.158,P＜0.001)、(2.08±0.93)g(t=2.267,P=0.026)、(366.29±5.37)μmol/L(t=157.222,P＜0.001);随访3个月,对照组与观察组24 h尿蛋白(g)(1.11±0.45vs0.78±0.24,t=4.389,P＜0.001)、Scr[(87.05±8.45)vs(79.54±13.87),t=3.136,P=0.002],差异均有统计学意义。治疗期间,两组均未出现明显不良反应。结论 糖尿病肾病采用前列地尔和丹芪汤治疗效果较佳,能控制血糖,改善肾功能,安全性较高,利于患者预后。

Clinical efficacy of alprostadil combined with Danqi Decoction in treating diabetic nephropathy (DN)

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of alprostadil combined with Danqi Decoction on diabetic nephropathy (DN). Methods A total of 92 DN patients in our hospital from February 2018 to August 2020 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group by using the random number table method, with 46 cases in each group. The control group was treated with alprostadil and the observation group was treated with alprostadil + Danqi Decoction for 10 days. The clinical efficacy, blood glucose level, renal function and adverse reactions were investigated and compared between the two groups. Results The total clinical effective rate (95.65%) in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (80.43%) (χ2=5.060, P=0.025). After the treatment, in the observation group, FBG was (5.69±1.02) mmol/L, 2hPG was (8.21±1.27) mmol/L, 24h urinary protein was (1.67±0.80) g, and Scr was (202.38±4.60) μmol/L, which were lower than those in the control group . The three months' following up showed that, the control group vs. the observation group: urine protein (g) (1.11±0.45 vs. 0.78±0.24, t=4.389, P<0.001), Scr [(87.05±8.45)vs(79.54±13.87),t=3.136,P=0.002]. During the treatment, there were no obvious adverse reactions in both groups. Conclusion Alprostadil combined with Danqi Decoction is effective in treating DN, it can control blood sugar, improve renal function, and it has high security. So it is beneficial to the prognosis of the patients.
