摘    要:
目的:通过优化信息系统,减少某医院病区实物退药,从而降低员工工作负荷,节省退药耗时。方法:对现有医院信息管理系统进行改进,在原系统基础上介入冲减、退药模块,将病区需退的药品先通过系统冲减,未冲减的药品再进行实物退药,并计算改进前后退药耗时。结果:医院信息系统改进后,3-5月的药品品种数分别冲减了(1449/1996)72.60%、(1531/2115)72.39%、(1535/2143)71.12%,同时,药品数量分别冲减了(11194/15111)74.08%、(11579/16282)71.12%、(11700/16001)73.12%。1月分别与3月、4月、5月相比,耗时从48.25 h分别下降到4.90,5.88,5.38 h,分别节约43.35,42.37,42.87 h。结论:医院信息管理系统的改进有效地减少了病区的实物退药,为工作人员节省退药耗时的同时也保障了患者用药安全。

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To reduce the workload of employees and save the time of drug withdrawal by optimizing the information system and reducing the physical drug withdrawal in our ward.METHODS The existing hospital information management system was improved, and the write-off and withdrawal modules were introduced on the basis of the original system. The drugs to be returned from the ward were first written-off through the system, and the drugs that were not written-off were then returned as the form of real drug, and the time of drug withdrawal before and after improvement was calculated.RESULTS After the improvement of HIS system, the number of drug varieties were deducted by(1 449/1 996)72.60%, (1 531/2 115)72.39% and(1 535/2 143)71.12% respectively, in March, April and may,and the amount of drugs in March, April and may were reduced by (11 194/15 111)74.08%,(11 579/16 282)71.12% and(11 700/16 001)73.12% respectively. January was compared with march, April and may respectively, the time consumption decreased from 48.25 hours to 4.90 hours, 5.88 hours and 5.38 hours, saving 43.35 hours, 42.37 hours and 42.87 hours respectively.CONCLUSION The improvement of HIS system can effectively reduce the physical drug withdrawal in the ward, save the time for the staff and ensure the safety of the patients' medication.
