甲磺酸阿帕替尼不良反应中文文献分析

目的:分析阿帕替尼不良反应发生的特点和规律。方法:检索中国知网数据库、维普数据库和万方数据库关于阿帕替尼不良反应的个案报道并进行汇总分析。结果:阿帕替尼导致不良反应的个案报道共计35例;其年龄分布以51~80岁年龄段较多(26例,74.3%);多发生在用药后90 d内(77.4%);阿帕替尼导致的不良反应累积系统位居前三的分别为心血管系统(24.2%)、消化道系统(24.2%)、皮肤黏膜及其附件(19.4%)。结论:临床医师及药师应加强对阿帕替尼不良反应的认识,加强用药监测,注重患者用药教育,以期减少不良反应的发生率,降低不良反应的严重程度。

Literature analysis of adverse drug reactions induced by apatinib

OBJECTIVE To analyze general characteristics and reaularity of adverse drug reactions induced by apatinib and provide a reference for clinical medication. METHODS CNKI, VIP and Wanfang datebases were searched for individual case reports of adverse drug reactions induced by apatinib and the results were analyzed. RESULTS 35 case reports of adverse drug reactions induced by apatinib were reported. Patients of 51 to 80 years showed the highest incidence (n=26,74.3%). ADRS of apatinib frequently occurred within 90 days after medication (77.4%).Top three adverse drug reactions were cardiovascular system damage(24.2%), digestive system damage(24.2%) and skin damage(19.4%). CONCLUSION Clinicians and pharmacists should strengthen the understanding of adverse reactions of apatinib, strengthen medication monitoring, and pay attention to medication education for patients in order to reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and reduce the severity of adverse reactions.
