热敷法降低静脉滴注刺五加注射液不良反应的临床观察

目的：降低刺五加注射液在输液过程中的血管刺激症状。方法：随机将100例静脉点滴刺五加注射液的患者分为2组，各50例，实验组在输液过程中用热敷法，对照组用传统方法，比较两组不良反应的发生率。结果：实验组具有血管刺激症状8例（16％），对照组34例（68％），两组差异有显著性（P〈0．001）。结论：热敷法能降低刺五加注射液的血管刺激症状。

Observation on hot compress method in reducing adverse reaction on intravenous drip of Radix Acanthopanacis Senticosi injection,

Objective:To reduce the vascular irritation symptoms of Radix Ac anthopanacis Senticosi injection in the process of transfusion.Method:100 cases with intravenous drip of Radix Acanthopanacis Senticosi injection were randomly divided into 2 groups,50 cases in each group,hot compress method was used in the process of transfusion in the experiment group ,the traditional method in the control group to compare the incidence rate between the two groups.Result:There were 8 cases (16%)with vascular irritation symptoms in the experiment group and 34 cases (68%) in the control group ,with a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.01).Conclusion:Hot compress method can reduce vascul ar irritation sysmptoms of Radix Acanthopanacis Senticosi injection.
