阿托伐他汀在冠心病并高脂血症患者中的应用研究

目的探讨阿托伐他汀对冠心病并高脂血症患者血脂、脂联素及高敏c反应蛋白（hs—CRP）水平的影响。方法选取符合标准的患者80例，随机分为观察组和对照组各40例，两组患者均给予冠心病综合治疗，观察组在此基础上加用阿托伐他汀钙，对照组加用血脂康胶囊，6个月后比较临床疗效。结果治疗后血脂各项指标水平均得到改善，但是观察组患者改善更显著，与对照组比较差异存在统计学意义（P〈o．05）；观察组患者血脂水平达标率80．00％，明显高于对照组的57．50％（P〈0．05）；观察组患者治疗后血清脂联素（8．53±2．18）mg／L，明显高于对照组的（8．11±2．25）mg／L（P〈0．05）：观察组患者治疗后血清hs～CRP（8．58±2．42）mg／L，明显低于对照组的（11．82±2．73）mg／L（尸〈O．05）。结论阿托伐他汀可以改善冠心病并高脂血症患者血脂水平，降低炎性因子水平，提高血清中脂联素含量，值得临床推广应用。

The Clinical Study of Atorvastatin in Coronary Heart Disease Patients with Hyperlipidemia

Objective To assess the influence of blood fat, adiponectin and high sensitivity c-reactive protein （h s - CRP） level in coronary heart disease patients with hyperlipidemia, which was treated by atorvastatin. Methods 8 0 patients were divided randomly into observation group （40 eases） and control group （40 cases） . All patients we re given coronary heart disease comprehensive treatment for 6 months, in the meantime the observation group was tre ated with atorvastatin, and control group was treated with Xuezhikang Capsule. Results After treatment, each inde x of the lipid level were improved, and the observation group was better than the control group（P〈0.05）. The attainm ent rate of lipid level（80.00%） was higher than that of control group（57.50%）, and adiponectin in the observation gro up （8.53±2.18） mg/L was higher than that of control group （8.11±2.25） mg/L （P〈0.05） . Hs - CRP level in th e observation group （ 8.58±2.42 ） mg/L was obviously lower than than that of control group （ 11.82±2.73 ） mg/L （P 〈0.05） . Conclusion Atorvastatin can improve lipid level and adiponectin content in the serum, reduce inflammat ory factor level, and be worthy of clinical application.
