| 摘 要： | 通过介绍本院静脉用药调配中心（PIVAS）24h运作模式的设计与管理,特别是皮试医嘱、加急医嘱的设计与管理,为进一步完善PIVAS的临床服务功能提供经验。先进的信息化设计和严格的科学管理体系是PIVAS24h正常运行以及各项工作有序进行的有力保障。

| Abstract: | In order to provide a reference of improving the Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Service(PIVAS) clinical service functions,this article introduced designs and managements of PIVAS 24-hour mode of operation in our hospital,especially designs and managements of doctor’s advice for clinical skin tests and urgent medical advice.Advanced information technology design and strict scientific management system are the strong guarantees of PIVAS 24 hours of normal operation and the orderly conduct. |
