老年拔牙患者牙科焦虑症的评估

目的对老年拔牙患者拔牙术前牙科焦虑症（DA）的情况进行调查评估。方法采用改良的牙科焦虑量表（MDAS）对156例老年患者拔牙前DA进行调查和统计分析。结果该类患者拔牙DA发生率为13.4%;对老年患者拔牙DAS得分的影响因素从大到小依次为：认知程度及拔牙经历、医护人员方面、疗效、环境卫生方面、牙科治疗器械。结论 13.4%的老年患者拔牙术前存在DA,并受多种因素影响,医护人员应根据老年人口腔疾病及全身状况予以术前相应的心理治疗和护理。

Estimation of dental anxiety in the aged patients before tooth extraction

Objective To estimate the elderly patients with tooth for tooth of preoperative dental DA investigation evalvation. Methods One hundred and fifty -six aged patients were asked to complete a questionnaire from Modified Corah Dental Anxiety Scales (MDAS) while awaiting for tooth extraction. And then statistic analysis was done. Results The incidence rate of DA in these patients was 13.4%. In elderly patients a tooth out the influence factors of DAS score from big to small in order as: inactive perception and experiences of painful tooth extraction, medical staff, therapeutic effect, environ - mental sanitation, dental medical apparatus. Conclusion 13.4% DA existed in elderly patients before tooth extraction and is related to many factors. Medical staff should take necessary measures according to the aged to provide them with psy-chotherapy and nursing guidance before tooth extraction.
