半夏泻心汤治疗胃脘痛疗效分析

目的：观察半夏泻心汤治疗胃脘痛的疗效。方法：75例胃脘痛患者随机分为两组,治疗组39例采用半夏泻心汤加减治疗,对照组36例采用西药治疗,10d为1个疗程,治疗3个疗程后评价疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率为92.3%,对照组总有效率为77.8%。结论：半夏泻心汤加减治疗胃脘痛疗效较好,优于一般西药治疗,值得进一步研究和推广应用。

Curative effect analysis of Banxiaxiexin decoction in the treatment of epigastric pain

Objective: To study the curative effect of Banxiaxiexin decoction in the treatment of epigastric pain. Methods: 75 patients with epigastric pain were randomly divided into two groups, 39 cases in the treatment group received Banxiaxiexin decoction treatment, 36 cases in the control group received western medicine treatment. 10 days for a period of treatment,evaluate the curative effect after 3 courses of treatment. Results: The total effective rate was 92.3% in treatment group and 77.8% in control group. Conclusion: Banxiaxiexin decoction have good curative effect in the treatment of epigastric pain, better than the usual western medicine treatment, deserve further study and application.
